How do I order custom apparel?

Complete the Request a Quote form above and we’ll contact you to collect any necessary details about your project. Once your design is approved, we can begin manufacturing. We inspect every garment after they’re produced before they’re shipped to you.

How long does the whole process take?

Our design team will mockup your concept in about 1-2 days, however, additional revisions will delay this design process. The full-dye sublimation process and production of your garments will take between 2-4 weeks, depending on the size of the order. We will inspect every completed piece and ship them to you via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, at the most cost-effective option for your destination. We can’t guarantee the shipping times, but you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor the order once it leaves our Quality Assurance team.

How much does shipping cost?

We compare the shipping rates across FedEx, UPS, and USPS to give you the most cost-efficient rate. However, at this rate, it may not be the fastest shipping speed. If you require Expedited Shipping, please inform us while your garments are still being manufactured. Our Quality Assurance team will update your shipping preference and give you the new Expected Date of Delivery.

When will I receive my invoice?

Once your design is approved and we’ve finalized the details of your order, you will receive an invoice for your deposit to begin production. A final invoice for the amount due will be issued after your shipment has been confirmed to be delivered.
